Beach First National Bank, in partnership with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, constructed the Beach First Center to be the First LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Certified Building on the Grand Strand. Special care was taken to design this landscape in accordance with the standards set by the US Green Building Council. The landscape was designed to maximize water efficiency, energy efficiency, and native plant diversity.
