About This Project

Emmens Preserve is a housing development located at Withers Preserve in Myrtle Beach, SC. The community has many amenities for residents to enjoy including a nature trail with pavilion overlooking a natural wetland. Environmental Concepts created interpretive signage for this gathering spot that informed residents about the area’s unique native ecologies and reinforced the branding and identity of Emmens Preserve using their Live Oak logo and typeface.
