Founder & Landscape Architect
Greg is the founder of Environmental Concepts, LLC, an award-winning professional Landscape Architecture and Land Planning design firm. Established in the Summer of 1992, Greg serves as Principal-in-Charge of the firm’s operations and organizes multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services for the specific needs of each project. He has over three decades of professional experience with a diverse background of projects throughout the Eastern United States.
Associate Landscape Architect
Chad, a native of Camden, South Carolina, has always had a passion for the places and landscapes that are synonymous with Southern culture and hospitality. This innate zeal, cultivated on the farm he called home, served as the starting point for his desire to creating meaningful spaces. As a recent graduate of Clemson University’s Bachelors of Landscape Architecture program, and a newly minted practitioner, Chad brings an innovative approach to design that is both civically and environmentally conscious, grounded in an understanding of the spaces around him.
Jim is a graduate of West Virginia University where he earned his degree in Landscape Architecture. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Jim brings with him his knowledge of the rich design traditions of rural New England. Jim moved to the coast of South Carolina to settle down in North Myrtle Beach where he began work at Environmental Concepts, LLC. During his time in South Carolina, Jim has developed a solid understanding of the area and works daily to incorporate his design ideas into the landscape of the Grand Strand.
Patti has lived and worked in various locations throughout the country, including California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and Kentucky; she has administrative experience working for United Artists, Xerox, East Stroudsburg University and Knight-Ridder. Patti makes her home with her husband and their son where they enjoy gardening, fishing and traveling.
